This site belongs to Troy Taliancich, the author of Ferry Weather. It collects one thing: the email address you choose to give it.

What is kept

When you sign up, the site stores your email address, the time you signed up, and the name of this site. Nothing else is collected through the form. There are no advertising or tracking scripts on these pages.

What it’s used for

Occasional email about Ferry Weather and new books by Troy Taliancich. Your address is never sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it’s stored

Addresses are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, part of Google Firebase, which also hosts this site. If the list is later sent through an email service, your address will be held there too, for the same purpose only.

Leaving the list

Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed, and your address will be deleted.
